Adult Social Care Services

Who is this service for? Adult Social Care helps those who need practical support because of an illness or disability or care for someone receiving social care support.

Details: Adult Social Care offer information advice and a range of services (subject to eligibility). They are as follows;

  • Adult care assessment
  • Direct Payments
  • Personal budgets
  • Advocacy (someone to speak on your behalf)
  • Help arranging care either at home of in a care home
  • Signposting/referring on other appropriate organisations
