Help with accessibility

The website aims to reach AA standard in line with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0.

Although efforts to cover as wide a range of issues are made, we understand that we are not able to address the needs of people with all types, degrees, and combinations of disability.

We hope that you're enjoying using this website and are not experiencing any problems. However, if you do have difficulty viewing the site, there are some things you can do to make it easier. You can change the settings of your browser to better suit your needs.

NHS England have worked in partnership with AbilityNet, a national charity that helps disabled adults and children to use computers and the internet. Their 'Help with accessibility' guide provides comprehensive, step-by-step instructions on how to adjust your computer and browser according to your needs, such as for sight or hearing problems. This includes information such as how to make the text larger in different browsers, change your keyboard or mouse settings, or increase colour contrast. Get help with accessibility >>

Interpreting and Translation Commitment

Lincolnshire East CCG is committed to ensuring that it is inclusive of the whole population in all its activities. To support this, the CCG commits to ensure both equality of access to services for all seldom heard groups and to ensure that the resources needed are available such as interpreters. See our full Interpreting and Translation Commitment document

The CCG is registered with Language Line Services for GP Practices to access translation services. This service is free for practices to use as it is funded by the CCG. However, the CCG is unable to fund any other services used by GP Practices for translation. Language line is accessed by dialling 0845 310 9900 option 1.

The CCG does not have a permanent contract with any organisations but a range of interpreting and translation services can be arranged by contacting Lincolnshire County Council via email. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
